Terms and Conditions of 551bet – General Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 551bet, operator of the Sports Betting and online casino platform available at 551bet.best. The agreement takes effect at the moment you complete registration on the platform or begin using any of its services, whichever comes first.

551bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, provided that users are notified with reasonable advance notice by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 551bet after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling, which complement the rules set out herein and form an integral part of the contractual relationship between 551bet and its users.

To use 551bet's services, you must meet all of the requirements below. Failure to comply with any of them may result in the immediate closure of your account and the suspension of pending withdrawals while the matter is investigated.

Mandatory registration requirements

• Minimum age: You must be 18 years of age or older. 551bet does not accept bets from minors under any circumstances. Identity verification may be requested at any time to confirm the account holder's age.
• Brazilian residency: The platform is intended for residents of Brazil. Access from other countries is subject to the local laws of each jurisdiction.
• Valid CPF: Each user may hold only one account on 551bet, linked to their CPF. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances suspended pending review.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Your name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and phone number must match valid official Brazilian documents.
• Personal bank account: Withdrawals are made exclusively to accounts or Pix keys in the name of the 551bet account holder. Withdrawals to third parties are not accepted.

Each user may hold only one active account on 551bet. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, stack bonuses, or manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials — login, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 551bet strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique password for 551bet that you do not use on any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account dashboard;
• Never share your login or password with anyone, including people close to you;
• Notify 551bet support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

551bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where credentials were compromised due to the user's own negligence.

Account Inactivity

Accounts with no activity (deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for more than 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. 551bet may charge a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 5.00 on inactive accounts with a positive balance, following prior notice to the registered email address. Inactive accounts with no balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

551bet accepts only Brazilian payment methods. All amounts are processed in BRL (R$). Deposits in foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or international transfers of any kind are not accepted.

Accepted methods and minimum amounts

Withdrawals at 551bet are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third parties, other people's accounts, or methods different from the one used in the last relevant deposit are not authorized.

Withdrawal conditions

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal;
• The balance available for withdrawal corresponds to the account's real balance, minus any open bets and applicable rollover requirements from active bonuses;
• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00;
• 551bet charges no fee on withdrawals made via Pix within the account's standard limits.

Processing times

Pix withdrawals requested by accounts with approved KYC are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Cases requiring manual compliance review may take up to 24 hours. 551bet will notify the user by email if a withdrawal requires additional review.

Bets placed on 551bet are subject to the specific rules of each sport, available in the platform's help section. The general rules below apply to all Sports Betting, unless otherwise indicated in the specific market terms.

Pre-match betting

Pre-match bets are accepted up to the official start time of the event. Bets placed after the event has started are automatically voided and the amount is returned to the account balance. 551bet uses official times provided by leagues and sports organizations — for the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores, times are set by the CBF and CONMEBOL.

Live betting (in-play)

Live bets are available during the event and are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 551bet may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of the event (such as penalty kicks, set pieces, or VAR review) and reopen them shortly after. Bets confirmed before a suspension remain valid.

Cancellation and voiding

• If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 36 hours, or not completed for any reason, all related bets are voided and amounts refunded;
• In the event of clear technical errors in the odds (such as odds of 100.00 for an event with a real probability of 90%), 551bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the amount wagered;
• Bets on events whose results are published before the official start time are automatically voided.

Combination bets (multiples)

Parlay bets combine two or more events into a single selection with multiplied odds. For a parlay to win, every selection must be correct. If one selection is voided, the combined odds are recalculated without that event. A parlay reduced to a single valid event is settled as a single bet.

551bet's casino games — including a Live Casino with Portuguese-speaking dealers, slots, crash games, roulette, blackjack, and baccarat — operate with certified random number generators (RNG) or with live dealers streamed in real time. Results are independent of previous bets and any platform intervention.

User Responsibility in Casino Games

• You are responsible for knowing the rules of each game before placing a bet. The specific rules for each game are available within the game interface itself;
• Betting strategies are permitted, provided they do not involve automated software, bots, or the exploitation of technical vulnerabilities;
• 551bet does not guarantee winnings in casino games. Results are determined by the RNG or by live dealers in real time, with no possibility of interference from the platform or the user.

551bet offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis. Each promotion has its own specific terms, available on the promotion page at the time of launch. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific terms.

Rollover requirement

Every bonus received at 551bet is subject to a rollover requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before it becomes available for withdrawal. The standard rollover is 10× (ten times) the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. Specific terms for each promotion may establish different requirements.

General bonus restrictions

• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus per registered account;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• Bets placed with bonus balance on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward rollover completion;
• 551bet may cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of abusive use, creation of multiple accounts, or any other violation of these Terms;
• Bonuses not redeemed within the validity period stated in the promotion are automatically removed from the account balance.

551bet has zero tolerance for conduct that undermines the integrity of its services, harms other users, or violates applicable Brazilian law. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance retention pending review:

• Odds arbitrage and exploitation of technical errors: Systematically identifying and exploiting odds errors or technical platform failures to secure guaranteed profits is strictly prohibited;
• Collusion between bettors: Any form of coordination with other users to manipulate bet outcomes or collectively exploit promotions;
• Use of bots and automation: The use of automated software, scripts, bots, or any tool that simulates human interaction with the platform is prohibited;
• Money laundering: 551bet fully complies with Brazilian anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9,613/1998). Suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities;
• Creating multiple accounts: Each CPF may have only one active account. Extra accounts created to accumulate bonuses will be closed without prior notice;
• Account use by minors: Allowing anyone under 18 to use your account is prohibited and may result in permanent closure;
• False information at registration: Providing false information or falsified documents during registration or identity verification is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Either the user or 551bet may close the account at any time, subject to the conditions below.

Account closure by the user

To close your account, contact 551bet support at contato@551bet.best providing your CPF and the reason for closure. Any available balance will be returned via Pix within 5 business days after identity confirmation. Open bets at the time of closure follow the standard rules — if they win, the amount is included in the returned balance.

Closure by 551bet

551bet may close or suspend your account in the following situations, without prior notice when urgency requires:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Account use by individuals under 18;
• Order from a competent judicial or administrative authority.

In the event of account closure due to a violation of these Terms, 551bet may retain the account balance while the investigation is ongoing. If the violation is confirmed, the balance may be permanently blocked.

551bet believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a compulsion. We offer real control tools that any user can activate at any time, directly from the account dashboard, with no hassle.

Available tools

• Deposit limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period;
• Betting limit: Set a maximum bet amount per period to keep your spending in check;
• Temporary pause: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the pause, deposits and bets are blocked, but withdrawals of existing balance remain available;
• Permanent self-exclusion: If you need a permanent exclusion, 551bet guarantees account closure with no questions asked. Your balance will be returned via Pix.

• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond the platform's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from the use of unstable internet connections or devices that do not meet the platform's minimum requirements;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on analysis, hunches, or information published on the platform — the outcomes of bets are always the bettor's responsibility;
• Odds fluctuations between the time of analysis and the time of bet confirmation during periods of high market volatility;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

Under no circumstances shall 551bet's total liability for direct damages to the user exceed the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

551bet may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, the services offered, or the platform's internal policies. When changes are material — meaning they directly affect users' rights or obligations — 551bet will notify users at least 7 (seven) days' notice by registered email and through a prominent notice on the platform.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document. If you do not agree with the proposed changes, you may close your account before the new rules take effect — your balance will be returned as normal in accordance with section 10.

Continued use of the platform after the updated rules take effect constitutes implicit acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of São Paulo/SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
